A whole two days early, my G1 arrived on my doorstep. And now, for your viewing pleasure, the unboxing, and for your reading enjoyment, my first impressions of this snazzy new phone and it’s Google-developed OS, Android.
I will say right now that this won’t be the first or last of Android unboxing posts, and as [...]

It’s been a very Twitter-heavy weekend, as previous posts will demonstrate. I had a brief spat with some woman named Amanda Chapel because I had issues with the idea of arguing against the merits of internet culture on the internet. Particularly on such a limited platform such as Twitter. I really need to think and [...]

Today I put a click mapping app on RandomKitty.net. It will give me “heat maps” of where people click when they are on the main page of the blog. I may add it elsewhere, but the home page needs an overhaul before I do that. If you’d like to view the current heat map of [...]

Just in time for both Cthuhlu Cthursday and Vag Day- I mean - Valentine’s Day, here’s a card for your scrumptious puppet of fear, madness, and in some cases the wasted human expression known as “love”.
Although he waits in a death-like slumber, Cthuhlu is still polite enough to at least send a card when the [...]

Being, in suitable Measure, a humble Broadside in the Baroque Fashion, the Aim, inasmuch as mere Persons be possessed of a Will to divine Truths, and these Truths doth shew the Purpose and Designes of such a benevolent Creator, who, though a Deity endowed with Caprice, hath made Humankind in His Image, and there-by disencumb’red [...]

Tonight is the company christmas party. A handful of us are circumventing the overpriced drinks scandal by pre-gaming hardcore. I expect someone to fall victim to the Rocky Mountain Bearfucker. (I’m not convinced that’s the right recipie, will update when I’m sure.)
Gotta dig my car out from out underneath about a foot and a half [...]

Behold the philosophical wonders that unfold when you find everything to do but update!
G: you know what’s a funny word? “crunk”
kittymcgee: agreed
why was it invented?
G: as a descriptive term for being various kinds of loaded, instead of just drunk, is my assumption
kittymcgee: true….but what does the c stand for?
cocaine drunk?
kittymcgee: aha!
G: I always assumed it [...]

It would probably read a lot like this feature over at Progressive Boink. It’s got poems, vignettes in the author’s style of the more well-known Peanuts characters, and original comics done up with dialogue in Bukowski’s style.
For more information about Henry Charles Bukowski, there is a list of 100 trivia items about the author available [...]

If I may be so bold as to quote Animaniacs…
“It’s time for another good idea, bad idea”
Good idea:
A device that allows folks with female sex organs to pee standing up.
Bad idea:
Fashioning said device to look something akin to a giant golden dildo.
It’s certainly a device that’s an invention of necessity. Yet I fail to see [...]

In two nicely done videos over at VideoJug, you can learn how to press your shirts and pants yourself. Not only does this save you tons of money in laundry services (not to mention the gas to pick them up), but it also prepares you for situations where laundry services may not be available.
Of all [...]
